Horrible! She NEVER answers her phone nor responds to voicemails. I have left her several messages over a 3 week period as well as send emails. So unprofessional to be so unresponsive. At the very least she can respond and say she is not taking any new clients. Maybe she retired and just neglected to take down her website.
