We are so glad we had Kathleen to guide us through the listing and sale of our condo. Kathleen did a great job marketing our condo in a challenging sales environment. The condo was empty during the listing process so she arranged to have it staged, found workers to handle some painting and minor repairs, and referred us to an attorney. It would have been difficult to handle these tasks from out of town, so we greatly appreciated her assistance. All in all, she was a pleasure to deal with, did a great job, and we would definitely recommend her to others.
