It's super stressful selling a home, there's really no way around that. But working with Kathleen helped soften the edges. She answered our (endless) questions promptly and never made us feel like we were being "extra." She was great with brokers and their clients, provided us with prompt showing feedback, and basically held our hands through every stage of the process. It also really helped that she knew our Bucktown neighborhood inside and out!
