I saw Dr K O'Connell and felt like I got the bum's rush. Came in, asked about my issues, looked quickly and the answer to all my questions was 'bone on bone'. Tried to explain the right foot issue had to be from an injury & very painful. Bone on bone. Left in pain, still in pain, and trying to get an appt w a reputable podiatristDone
I was totally impressed with Dr. O'Connell, and the entire practice. Dr. O'Connell was very professional at all times, and treated me in a very professional, & patient manner. She listened to all my questions and concerns and answered all of them. She treated me with the utmost respect. I recommend her highly.
First, Dr. O'Connell did not seem interested in or concerned about the amount of pain I was in and didn't seem to take my injury seriously. Secondly, after I got a second opinion, I found out Dr O'Connell had misread my MRI. (MY PCP and an orthopedic doctor were confounded by this.) An injury that should have taken 3-4 weeks to heal has taken 3 months because of her inattention and error.
I’ve never been so impressed & pleased with a doctor visit than I was the day I limped into this office. Not only was Dr. O’Connell pleasant, uplifting, & attentive but so was her nurse. I’m very pleased to continue my journey of healing all of my foot pain with her and her staff. I highly recommend her and am confident that with her instructions & treatment plan I can end up walking again without pain. Thank you Dr. Katy :)
