I owe Kathleen the world, she saw my son in place of his pediatrician after an urgent care follow up where I felt very dismissed and unheard. I expressed to her my concerns and she re-examined him and determined he was suffering from a double ear infection that was missed 4 days prior by urgent care. Which was the sole reason why I took him in in the first place.
