We have been with Kathy for several years and we love her. She is thorough and friendly and takes the time to listen and answer questions. Her entire staff are very friendly and thorough and go above and beyond to give us the help we need.
Dr. Lenz may be great but I wouldn’t know because the office staff who schedules the appointments is awful. I’m in awful pain when I make the call to see if there is any availability to see Dr. Lenz. The lady cuts me off before I can tell her what is going on and asks what my date of birth is. Then says since I have not been there in a couple years I have to see Elise..?
