Dr. Munsell was wonderful to work with. She was very clear and concise in explaining her policies and processes. I liked her direct approach in establishing her boundaries and expectations. She was not only professional but friendly, personable, and very understanding. She made me feel really comfortable talking to her from the start. She was willing to answer any questions that I had and she was so thorough in her explanations. I met with her several times and can say that I thoroughly enjoyed each interaction with her.
Kathleen is wonderful. She is a great listener and provides feedback and tools to help you work through your struggles and empower you with the strength you need to help yourself physically and mentally to make you your best self. It is a lot of work and Kathleen is with you all the way.
Kathleen is great! Her services are life changing. She gave me my ADHD diagnosis and used objective testing to ensure the diagnosis was accurate. She assisted me with medication dosing by testing me while on different dosages and briefing which one was most effective. She doesn’t prescribe so she worked alongside my psychiatrist for this. She is now also my therapist and allows me to feel heard and seen with my struggles with ADHD, anxiety, depression.

Honestly, I am so disappointed. Kathleen will do whatever it takes to make sure she hurts her past clients after they are no longer using her services. I cannot believe that she would use the pandemic and assuming that I am the only one that holds responsibility over my bill, a bill she never sent me, instead she got a new assistant and just sold my bill off with the interest naming my father on The collections bill in attempt to hurt us both but NEVER SENDING A BILL!!
