I went to her hoping for a top expert opinion on my gait issues. She did not spend enough time on my visit and diagnosed me with a condition I did not meet the criteria for, and sent me on my way with PT for the movement disorder saying I just needed to get stronger. I had a follow up with a nurse practitioner who told me it was one of the worst exam reports he has seen in his career, that it was incomplete and was missing several key exams and points, and that the diagnosis she gave me was incorrect and way off target. Do not go to this provider if you value your time, money or sanity even. Every appointment, you won’t be able to get a word in. I requested diagnostics to help determine why I’ve been having chronic intermittent episodes of ataxia, dysarthria, and muscle spasticity; she refused. This woman is the worst uncaring, unprofessional, incapable neurologist, I have ever met. She Refused to read a 3 page report from a specialist from the Mayo Clinic (one of the top 3 US neurologists. Dr Kujawa diagnosed me before I entered the room. I retired from psychiatry so I know the difference between good doctor and a caustic traumatic doctor. Don’t see her!!!
