My disabled mother had an appointment with Dr Richards today. The staff was helpful and friendly and the office was not busy. My mom and step dad were very surprised when a woman walked in the room, didn't say a word to them, went over and looked at my mom's paperwork for several minutes and literally did not say a word. Never introduced herself. My step dad eventually asked who this woman was. She stated that she is Dr Richards. That's it. Nothing else. My mom has several issues and they tried to explain her needs. Having previously experienced a Neuroma in right foot yrs. previously, The first time was a breeze. Only a band-aid and running again in 8 days I didn't expect the years of debilitating horror caused by Dr. Richards mess she made of my left foot. I was in tears with pain for 3 months. I wore a boot for 6 weeks! I trusted and did not inquire or search reviews.
