Good Day... We were looking for a home in Delaware for months, neighborhood by neighborhood, web sites the whole 9 yards.. Then we came across Kathleen Ieradi and we were on our way. It wasn't always easy we made trips from NY almost weekly, Katie was always there when we arrived in DE to show us properties. We would recommend Kathleen to anyone, we found a great ranch home in a great neighborhood in Kent County. It took nearly a year but she stayed the course. Kathleen has the patience of a saint! We quickly became friends as she guided us through the process of looking for our retirement home, driving us all over so we could get a good feel for the different areas. She was honest and straightforward with us at all times. Through no fault of hers, we decided to stay where we are for now but she knows she is the one we will be calling should we change our minds.
