After looking at several resales we decided to go with new construction. Good Day... We were looking for a home in Delaware for months, neighborhood by neighborhood, web sites the whole 9 yards.. Then we came across Kathleen Ieradi and we were on our way. It wasn't always easy we made trips from NY almost weekly, Katie was always there when we arrived in DE to show us properties. We would recommend Kathleen to anyone, we found a great ranch home in a great neighborhood in Kent County. It took nearly a year but she stayed the course.
