We first met Kathy at an open house last year and instantly clicked. She’s warm, kind, and genuinely caring making us feel comfortable from the start. Through the whole process, she always had our back and stayed committed. Even after we closed, she’s still helping us sort out some siding issues without missing a beat. Good Day... We were looking for a home in Delaware for months, neighborhood by neighborhood, web sites the whole 9 yards.. Then we came across Kathleen Ieradi and we were on our way. It wasn't always easy we made trips from NY almost weekly, Katie was always there when we arrived in DE to show us properties. We would recommend Kathleen to anyone, we found a great ranch home in a great neighborhood in Kent County. It took nearly a year but she stayed the course.
