We had the pleasure of working with Kathleen on the sale of our cabin. Her marketing skills are superb. Although negotiations were not always easy, Kathleen was professional and worked closely with the buyer’s agent. Her communication skills are excellent and she kept us well informed and up to date throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond in making herself available. I would HIGHLY recommend calling Kathleen if you are looking to sell your home or purchase a new one. She is 100% committed to her clients.

Kathleen is a true professional with good knowledge of the local markets and a pleasure to work with. She sets up property showings quickly, communicates clearly and promptly returns calls and texts! My property search was successful and in late 2025 I purchased a town house in West Seneca. Finally, I enjoyed working with Kathleen, who like myself, is from the Hamlet of KillBuck, N.Y.😎
