Kathleen and her group made the whole process of selling and buying a breeze. We had to work quickly and they kept us on track the whole time. There's a lot of paperwork, and woes and up's and down's - in these sorts of situations, we needed nothing less than seasoned experts. We are so happy that Kathleen was there every step of the way.

As a a first time homebuyer, I had anxieties and concerns. Kathleen was the most meticulous, caring, and fun relator to work with. It's a joy to work with someone who not only loves their job but is also exceptionally good at it. We were able to find the perfect place for me in a couple of weekends! Kathleen was the most phenomenal real estate agent. She has the knowledge and perspective to really help you think through the decisions that you're making. She knows the market extremely well, and her perspectives are informed by years of experience. Real estate decisions (Especially in dc) are really big ones, and having Kathleen on your side will be the best tool you can have.
