Sandra should NOT be working at the front desk of the Pearland office if she's going to be unpleasant to patients. Additionally, when I call their office and ask for a medical assistant's voicemail then Leslie and Denise (who is unprofessional) should be able to complete the task. However, they couldn't seem to complete this request and transferred me to a recording asking me to enter an extension and NOT a voicemail. Their jobs will be filled with AI/Robots soon and I'm sure the robot's will be nicer and more professional.
Dr. Eberle is awesome!!! She's extremely nice and informative. I was really nervous about what my MRI of the brain showed, but she reassured me that I would be okay. She doesn't rush through the appointment, and she's was very mild mannered with excellent bedside manners! I highly recommend her for your Neurology needs.
I saw Dr Eberle on 09/17/2024. She was horribly ignorant. I was afflicted with a nerve disease the day I got Moderna's COVID half booster vax. I've had numbness, tingling & burning since that day. They worsened after my 3 COVID bouts. I've been to multiple doctors & specialists including Dr Fayle a neurologist who used to work in Dr Eberle's clinic over a year ago.
