my husband and i tried to apply here cuz its low income well supposed to be but the lady called us and said we made the top of the list but then she saids we dont make enough......IF ITS LOW INCOME HOW DO WE NOT MAKE ENOUGH I THOUGHT THATS WHAT LOW INCOME MEANS FOR PEOPLE THAT DONT MAKE ENOUGH IM DISABLED AND MY HUSBAND WORKS BUT YET WE DONT MAKE ENOUGH....if i knew that we would of never waisted our time filling out the application!!!!
