We would like to highly recommend working with our favorite realtor Kathleen Davine. Over the course of 3 decades, we have worked with several realtors. By far and away, Katheleen proved time and again the value of working with a skilled professional realtor. Kathlen is not only highly skilled, she was patient with our indecisions, insightful with her guidance and has assembled a team of support professionals to ease the home buying process. We met Kathleen Davine when a very good friend recommended her when we were considering downsizing and moving from our previous home. We will be forever grateful for her excellent assistance in both fi... read more

Working with Kat on the sale of mom's home was a pleasure. She is knowledgeable and was able to recommend some vendors, to take care of several things needing to be done to close the sale. I don't hesitate recommending Kat, if you are in need of a realtor....she is fantastic.

We were not only selling our condo in Chicago but my mother also sold her house in Batavia and we all purchased a new home together in Sugar Grove. Kat was so patient and helpful with us and took our quirks and freak outs in stride. Kat was communicative, helpful, attentive, and helped us keep our heads up when we were, at times, feelings discouraged. We can't thank her enough for helping us find our little slice of paradise in Sugar Grove. Thank yo... read more
