I absolutely love Dr. Brass! She listens, she explains, she talks on my level (not “super doctorish”) and she’s funnier than hell! Her staff, especially Chloe, are exceptional! Always answers questions through MyChart within a day. I’m so glad my daughter referred her to me!
Dr Brass takes great care to understand any health issues and offers appropriate next step options. She follows up with timely appointment to verify any changes that have been made.
My sister and mom actually recommended me to Dr. Brass after a bad experience I had with a different doctor at a different clinic. (Not associated with this clinic or doctor at all) I have NEVER felt so SEEN and HEARD as an adult seeing a doctor as I did today.
