Dr. Boos is very untrustworthy. She did not help when I was injured and said I had anxiety and I should talk to a psyciatrist. She also said I should take time off work, but then did not write me a doctors note.
My kids had pink eye last week . I called at 9:00am and left a msg for nurse prac. Jessica, asking if she could call in a prescrip for me (the msg states she will get back to you that day for calls before noon) . I never rcvd a return call. At the end of the day I called again. I was on hold for 30 min. Once someone came on the line, I was told that Jessica did not get around to checking her messages and that they would not call in the prescription and that they had no appts available.
