This was an estate sale and my first experience selling a house. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly, and honest Kathi was. She listened carefully to my brother's and my concerns and was willing and able to adapt her plans to our wishes and needs. Kathi knows the realty business and laws inside out. She definitely went the extra mile for us. If I am ever in the market for a house in her area, I will absolutely seek her out.
Kathi helped me buy my house a little over a year ago. She is fantastic to work with. Her years of experience alone speaks to the quality of work that she does. She is very knowledgeable on local activity and comps, as well as every step of the closing process. Will be using Kathi again if needed in the future!!
