Was getting my daily walking exercise here around my house in Martin. Started walking at the Elam center and much better! Water fountains and toilets!
The handicap parking is great and saves a long walk but confusing once you get inside. It's hard to walk down stairs so I felt a few top rows should be reserved for people with mobility issues .
