Dr. Murphy is something out of a nightmare. She performed an extremely painful procedure on me without giving me any prior information on it and "forgot" to have me sign the consent form. She did not wait for the numbing agent to work and it felt like my organs were being torn out. Twice she has failed to give me any information on procedures and she has lied to my face to get me to return for another visit. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I got an appointment quickly.
