Kathleen is nice enough, but her office staff is a total nightmare. They coded my office visit wrong and then tried to pass the buck to my insurance company. When I called Kathleen’s office, the office manager told me codes for preventative and diagnostic care are the same. Wow, this person is a manager at a healthcare office??? Totally incompetent, I would go elsewhere unless Kathleen gets new help in the office. It’s not worth being overbilled by hundreds and then taking months to resolve the issue.
