Kathy was fantastic! She was able to take a lot of the moving stress off my mind. She sold my townhouse in The Lakes in Kent quickly and for more than I was asking. She handled all of the paperwork of the sale and clearly explained everything I needed to do, even after I was out of state. She even found a local realtor where I was going to relocate that I could work with to purchase my new home. I think she did a wonderful job and would highly recommend her services.
