Wow, what can I say other than Kathi is fabulous! First, she sold our home then she helped us with our new purchase. Kathi knows her business. When we had issues during our purchase she worked through the problems with the sellers and other agent. We got our new roof and the sellers sold their home. Kathi is our hero; Our previous realtor did not even come close to working as hard as Kathi did to sell our home. Our home was difficult to sell due to the small kitchen. We had moved 4 hours away and she did so much for us in our absence to make this sell. She quickly responded to all our calls, she displayed great integrity and honesty. You will not find a harder working Realtor than Kathi. We owe her so much. She kept us in the game when we wanted to throw in the towel. She is a miracle worker.
