Dr. Katherine Mbuh, is very thorough and knowledgeable. However, my one and only experience with her was extremely unpleasant. Once, she walked in the room, I immediately said Hello, and she was replied with a an abrupt hello as if she didn’t want to be bothered. She then proceeded to go over my medicine that I was currently taking and was condescending and spoke to me as if I was an imbecile. The wait time is ridiculous. You will have to wait over an hour just to be seen. I have waited over 2 hours on several different visits just to be seen. When you leave the waiting area they will put you in a room and you think you will be seen but you won't. You will have to wait at least an hour or more to be seen
Was denied service today after she had me continue in past wait for hours to be seen. I was called back by her new receptionist to be be told how long has it been since I been seen there. I had to ask why they were not able to see me no excuse just refused. Poor practice ethics!!!! 😢
I love Dr. Zama and her entire staff. I see her monthly for Suboxone. The most thorough doctor I've ever seen. She takes her time and doesn't take any short cuts. I now bring my 1 month old and 3yr old to see her. I've never sat in the waiting room more than 10 minutes before being called back. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.
