Dr Katerine and her husband are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Great at what she does.
Went there for years, they were great but now ignore calls and never return voicemails or emails from me which has had me going to ER instead of being addressed by my actual provider. I guess I need a new provider to help me with the abnormal ER results. I am very disappointed and so sad this has gone on for over 6 weeks.
Dr. Katherine Mbuh, is very thorough and knowledgeable. However, my one and only experience with her was extremely unpleasant. Once, she walked in the room, I immediately said Hello, and she was replied with a an abrupt hello as if she didn’t want to be bothered. She then proceeded to go over my medicine that I was currently taking and was condescending and spoke to me as if I was an imbecile. The wait time is ridiculous. You will have to wait over an hour just to be seen. I have waited over 2 hours on several different visits just to be seen. When you leave the waiting area they will put you in a room and you think you will be seen but you won't. You will have to wait at least an hour or more to be seen
