Dr Williams was a fantastic doctor. I’ve been in the medical field for 25 + years. So I do know a little bit of which I speak. The office was very good. The problem is now that Dr. Williams is gone and a new physician has taken her place. Trying to get an appointment is impossible. I need a med change and cannot get in until November. Therefore I might have to seek another doctor. I am not happy about that because this office was very efficient.
Wishing you well on your move away from Baptist. My family and I are truly thankful for the care you've provided us in the short time we've been with you. Kiss the kiddo for us!
Sent me a letter removing me as her patient because I left a 1 star review in regards to grossly inadequate care provided by another doctor in the same office. All I can say is WOW. You guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves. I have proof that he had legitimate and ongoing medical concerns which were totally neglected and are being further neglected now during a significant time of need.
