I was so pleased with Dr. Vachalek’s expertise, attention to detail and thorough examination. It had been a while since I had a physical and she made me feel comfortable and well cared for, taking time to converse and get to know me as a person not just a patient. I really liked the practice and thought the nurses and office staff were efficient and professional. I will absolutely be returning for any health needs and future follow-ups. People were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
I needed a change. My former primary just was not personable any more. In -out labs, what do you need filled? Katherine Vachalek came highly recommended by a family member. I could not agree more. I did not feel rushed, all my questions/concerns answered. She bounced some ideas around for changes I could make and after labs were done she contacted me to explain everything and made more encouragement for positive changes.
She is always very thorough, efficient, and I feel that she hears my concerns and addresses them well. I highly recommend her.
