Dr Katherine Spangenberg really cares about her patients and makes you feel at ease. She truly cares about her patients health and well-being.
I was a patient in Joliet who followed Dr. to Oak Park. I always found her knowledgeable and compassionate. However , that changed. Messages left for her were never forwarded in a timely manner . Found her support staff rude and unprofessional. The on call Drs.another issue. Her nurse Fiona was exceptional when she received a message. Her office dynamics changed, I suffered a setback that I am still recovering from and chose to leave her care not because of Dr Kathy but because of Loyola ‘s staffing and policies.
