She pretends like she’s listening but exhibits very narcissistic behavior.
Dr Spangenberg is wonderful Dr, she really listens and she's very compassionate. The nurses there are the best. The front desk staff is so rude and unpleasant. It's a shame it's people like the front desk that give Loyola a bad name.
