Nov 2024 I asked for an appointment and her assistant put it on My chart and never let me know about it...I saw it on there later and apparently since I missed it she is no longer on my care team. How am I suppose to know I have appointments posted on My chat when I got no call or email about it. I have been going to her since 2016 and get dropped like this?????
I like Dr Cayetano, who is personable and seems pretty sharp, but I don't get timely call-backs from her medical assistant. He seems rather lackadaisical about patients.
