I have never sent a review for anything. But Dr. Rotker was awful. She spoke not only down to me as if I had no idea of anything, but repeatedly would not allow me to ask questions as she had a script and she was sticking to it no matter what. I left with zero follow up or any options, yet mainly, with no diagnosis or a reason why what was occurring to me was actually happening. My healthcare experience with Dr. Rotker and the St. Lawrence Memorial Urology group has been exceptional! Dr. Rotker has always taken the time to address my concerns, answer my questions and explain treatment options and alternatives thoroughly. She is kind, compassionate and caring. Her bedside manner is outstanding! Her office runs smoothly, with her team always courteous and accommodating. Dr. Rotker represents the very finest Yale has to offer. I am truly grateful to be under her care.
