This provider is one of the most condescending medical professionals I’ve ever encountered! She relies heavily on an AI system to document her visits, and even admits that the AI often gets things wrong—but unfortunately, she doesn’t correct those errors. and rather than take responsibility, she treats the patient like the problem. I constantly had to remind her of my correct dosage, diagnosis, and symptoms. I’ve had such a positive experience since seeing Kathy Dexter. I was so insecure about choosing new medical providers after moving here. She was my first impression of Bitterroot Health and so far, I feel in great hands. I have gotten healthier since seeing Kathy.
Always a pleasure to see Dr. Dexter, she's very caring and helpful. Wishing more professionals were like that.....
