Such a great informative consultation, the doctor and nurses here were very friendly, kind, and attentive.
McKnightmare, she advised I should not continue after one cycle bc I was in pain after the retrieval procedure. It is normal for anyone to experience pain. She Did not call with my results and made us wait all weekend, had to call their office after waiting 3 days. She had the results a hour after we left. If she thought our odds were not worth it, why did she wait until the procedure was performed and she was paid?!? Dr. McKnight is amazing. She is relatable, honest & empathetic - pretty much the best doctor you could have during vulnerable procedures, treatments. Her nurse was tough to get in touch with at points, but the rest of the staff was really kind, the appointments were prompt and on time, and I am just grateful to have access to such an amazing caregiver & for the technology available for those of us who aren’t necessarily in control of how/when we have children.
I was so very grateful for the compassionate care I received from from Dr. McKnight, her nurse Amelia, the lab staff and the office staff at CCRM. I started my journey with them in 2016 and they were so supportive and always punctual. They were so kind and caring. I would highly recommend CCRM for all fertility needs.
