Dr. Whipple put hair grafts past my natural hairline (more into my face area). I now have to go through procedures to get these hair grafts removed and have to worry about visual scarring. I asked for a refund to assist me with the future expenses and troubles I will now have to face, in which of course they denied. I took them to court, they arrived with there attorney and tried to twist my words and make me out to be a liar, and even had the nerve to say that I wanted the hairs past my natural hairline. New office is absolutely beautiful! The staff are always so friendly and Dr Whipple is so gentile and attentive. I know I am getting the best care for myself going to her!
