I lived here for 4 months. Moved out December 1st 2024. Horrible neighbors upstairs above us. We were told it was a "quiet adult building" but in October very loud and disrespectful people w/ children moved into 404. They constantly stomped and pounded on the floor, back and forth like jungle animals until late at night, every day. Several nights I was woken up to them screaming and fighting.
