Katherine is absolutely AWESOME!. She takes the time to listen, will review studies and new literature, and hear your feedback. Her approach is COOPERATIVE and PROFESSIONAL, in a personally RELATABLE manner. She has genuine interest in results that make sense for her patients. As a First Responder I can tell you that it is amazing to find another professional that still cares about her patients like this. Katherine Mattingly was my PA during and after having a severe heart attack. I first saw her in the hospital during the heart attack and see her every few months for follow up. It's one thing when a provider has five star google reviews but then goes into another providers office and me as the patient sitting in the lobby watches her completely disrespect the front office staff as a rude and unprofessional person that deserves a 1 star if I could give 0 I would. Please remember people are watching how you treat others and you should for sure treat people as you want to be treated !
