During my wife's recent visit to the ER we talked to Dr Kate several times. She was friendly, listened, gave feedback, and was very professional throughout. For us, she did her job and we were grateful.
I spent 5 minutes with her as an ER patient and all she did was talk to me with an abrasive attitude. I needed her to listen more. She didn’t knock on my door before she entered and instead walked right in. I asked to see another doctor and it’s the best decision I ever made.
