Wonderful doctor. Very caring!
Dr. Chen is great...very gentle and kind. The office in Englewood is a little 'cozy' (seating, office and exam rooms) since it's in a former house, but the Teaneck office is spacious and newer. All the Drs in this practice are great. Office staff and MA's are busy; patients need patience.

Good doctor, horrible office organization. Needed orthotics was told I would get a call back after my appointment verifying my insurance would cover them. They never called me back! I had to call and make the appointment for the impressions. Right before my appointment they call and say they need to reschedule because the doctor had an emergency and the other doctors took off for the holidays. Can’t get me in until January.
