I had a first time patient appt with her. Now mind you we live in Michigan where it snows yearly. I get up, take off work, leave early (because they stressed the be on time thing at the time I set my appt) so I arrive, check in and sit in my car until 9:05 when I'm called in to find out she cancelled due to the weather. No offer of doing virtual appt which would of been amazing. Thank God I don't suffer from suicidal thoughts (she wouldn't even know if I did) because that would of left me in a bad space.
