be aware of your insurance plans and what you owe at appointments. they will force you to pay a copay even when you don't have to and make every excuse in the world why you have to. we had to contact our insurance after to get our money back from them
today I took my mom to the clinic and the lady in the front office on the right side told us that her Medicaid didn't cover her eye exam. And that she was going to have to pay out of pocket to cover her eye exam. And I didn't know that my mother has a different insurance plan to cover her eye exam. the lady didn't even offer to ask if she has a different eye exam I did not know she had a different insurance plan I just came with her because her primary language is Spanish.
