I've been working with Lisa since Dr. Billingsly retired. The staff is very nice as is Lisa. I am concerned with the lack of follow up I've experienced with outside procedures and prescriptions. I still plan on working with them but don't like to have to follow up on things that I should not have to.
Nice enough people, well intentioned I suppose. Didn't let me know a lab test was going to be charged to me at a later date separately. Some of you may know this from experience but I didn't and I appreciate more transparency from my health care providers. I went there because it was close by and my insurance supported it.
