Let me first say until a few months ago I would have said this organization truly cares for their clients. A little over a year ago I was asked to pay upfront for my child's braces during that time there was no indication that I would be using my employer insurance as well. I wish I as told before making a appointment (a month ahead) that they only accepted kids with special needs. I researched a whole bunch of clinics and I thought this one would have been great for my kids but no. We had to cancel the day before.
