We love Katherine Krail, FNP. She has given our special needs child excellent care and she listens carefully to our needs and concerns every time we go in for an appointment. She also does an great job of communicating with us through the patient portal when we have a question or concern. As a parent of a child that has limited communication skills, I appreciate her ability to figure out just what is needed to keep/make him healthy.
