Since the stillbirth of my son at 33 weeks due to umbilical cord compression, I had struggled to find a counselor who understands how stillbirth, or perinatal loss of any kind, feels — someone who could differentiate between appropriate treatments for grief and depression. Katherine does so flawlessly. The time I spent working with Katherine made me feel as close to “normal” or “equilibrium” I have felt in the last four years. She is kind, gentle, keenly empathetic, and somehow always found a way to make me feel better.

I have been in and out of therapy since I was 10, and am now almost 36. Katherine is the best therapist I have ever had. She is so kind, she listens, and she gives great advice due to her vast knowledge of therapy and what works best for each individual. She doesn't judge and is very open and honest (never in a hurtful way, you can feel the love and care radiating from her). She is truly one of a kind and I am so blessed to have her in my life.
