Dr. Hoover is a compassionate and caring therapist. She is thoughtful, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend her services.
She never actually finished the written report/diagnosis and refused to give me any of my medical records. This is a HIPPA violation. Would not recommend to anyone you care about. Also stood me up for an appointment, very unprofessional.
This therapist helped dig me out of a hole I thought I was trapped in. She gave me tools to improve my life and retrain my thinking. Shes responds quickly to texts and is kind and understanding. I recently moved to a new state but I highly reccomend this doctor to anyone in Oldham county or surrounding areas who is trying to find a therapist who's therapy is non religious.
