I have hypertension and was looking for a way to monitor my blood pressure as I’ve been unable to monitor it with any automatic bp device and I’ve tried several. My PCP prescribes my bp med and she wants me to monitor it at least weekly. I explained this to Dr. Hayes and she was condescending, dismissive and I had to rush out to cry. I am very appreciative of Dr. Hays, Brenda and Alize. They were all very attentive and thorough with my mom's history. We had been waiting a while and my mom had to use the bathroom as Dr. Hays was coming in to see my mom. Dr. Hays didn't rush my mom and allowed her time to use the bathroom before evaluating her. That small act of kindness goes a long ways.
