Came here to update my review. I got an email from my mortgage that my homeowner's insurance increased 1k this year. I quickly sent Shaun an email and he called me after he reviewed and ended up saving me almost $600! It is so nice to be able to have a real person to call when I need help. 100% recommend Katie or Shaun at Geico Colerain Ave. The personal touch is what is missing from most businesses now days and they have it!
