Everyone in this office is extremely kind and patient!
If I could give zero stars I would. I was involved in an automobile accident caused by the reckless driving of a Geico covered driver. Their driver was cited and the repairs of my vehicle were to be covered by GEICO. They were to return my vehicle to the condition it was in prior to the accident,not all repairs were made and they are now refusing to even reply to a message or return a phone call. Came here to update my review. I got an email from my mortgage that my homeowner's insurance increased 1k this year. I quickly sent Shaun an email and he called me after he reviewed and ended up saving me almost $600! It is so nice to be able to have a real person to call when I need help. 100% recommend Katie or Shaun at Geico Colerain Ave. The personal touch is what is missing from most businesses now days and they have it!
