Best doctor experience I've ever had. From the front office staff, the the MA, the doctor and her PA. They were all so nice and so quick. I'm so glad I found this office and that they have one closer to my house for next time.
Adore Dr Duncan. I felt so positive when I left the office Dec. 2nd. It is now Feb 22nd and still no medication or alternative to what my insurance is asking for. I have emailed the office repeatedly for them to call me and nothing. They only have an answering service. They will only email me and my insurance asked for someone to call with me to get an approval over the phone. now her office is stating I changed insurance policies and need to update that’s why I am getting nothing.
