I went in expecting professional dental care, but it felt like the focus was more on upselling expensive treatments than genuinely helping patients. I wasn’t comfortable with how often money came up, especially without clear explanations.
I recently visited Katherine dental care with my mum and had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away, The Dr that treated me took the time to explain each step of the procedure and answered all my questions patiently. Happy with their service over all and I will highly recommend.
Why you answering the phone and leaving me on hold for over 30 minutes every single time whilst you gossip about the patients in the reception area in your Tamil language? You will be reported to the ICB. Unprofessional rats act better than the people who work here.
