Waited on hold for 42 minutes to be told they’re booked out until next year. They said they opened at 7am and I called at 8am, waiting until 855. I just moved to the area but very scary level of care. I asked if this was an unusual wait time and was told no. Wow.
Dr. Cartwright was incredibly kind and sensitive
I'm a new patient with Dr. Cartwright since my previous practice closed, and I'm so glad I switched to her! Had an excellent experience with her. She is so kind and informative. She does a great job at listening to concerns and she explains things in a way that is easy to understand.
