Very unprofessional experience. Second visit with this physician. She had no knowledge of our prior 9 years in the office. No knowledge of our health history even though she has our records. She spoke to us as if she’d never met us and knew nothing about us. Spoke poorly of our prior physician once she realized our history. Was very dismissive and said she was wasting our time by seeing us. Dr. Bartush and staff are so very friendly, professional, supportive and knowledgeable.
Dr. Bartush is a very caring doctor. I like that she takes a conservative approach to healing and surgery was not the first option. My broken shoulder was completely cured using physical therapy and not surgery.
Dr. Bartush has a great demeanor and is thorough while also allowing the body time to heal. She offers suggestions of things that can help rather than just jumping to surgery, which I appreciate!
