If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Katherine By Design went above and beyond in a way that you just do not see anymore. I called after she had already closed for the day, and instead of turning me away, she pulled over on the side of the road to take my order. Not only that, she turned around, went back to her shop, created a custom designer’s bouquet, and then personally drove nearly 20 miles to make sure my mom received flowers for her birthday.
