A great experience and beautiful bouquet!
In May, I ordered a floral arrangement for a dear friend who lost her adult daughter, and Katherine went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I had in mind. She knew how important this gift was and followed through to create a truly beautiful arrangement that touched my friend's heart. Katherine was very understanding to the situation and really put a lot of care into her design and delivered it herself. Thank you, Katherine -- your thoughtfulness and kindness was very appreciated!
Katherine was amazing with how she was able to accommodate my order so quickly. It was last-minute so I was worried, but she was able to talk me through what I needed and adjust accordingly. Definitely a weight was lifted by talking to her. The arrangement looked perfect for the occasion and I’m positive the family appreciated it as well (many gave compliments on it)!
